Made of Stone – The Brewers Loop
25th September – Stone, Staffordshire
We’re back for one last ride on 25th September as we return to Stone for a challening 50mile loop that starts with a coffee and ends with a pint at Lymestone Brewery.
We’ve now added a shorter option too for those of you after something gentler – 33miles instead of 50
If you joined us for Made of Stone in 2021, the route is based on that ride but to keep things fresh we’ve made some tweaks and changes as you’ll see if you delve into the route below.
Just like in 2021 the start of the ride will start at Bear in the centre of Stone with the finish just outside town at Lymestone Brewery where we’ll have something to eat and a pint with your name on it (the first beer is on us).

Food and Drink
As well as finishing at Lymestone Brewery we’re delighted to be welcoming Track & Taste to a RideStaffs event for the first time. They’ll be doing a menu that includes Salt and Pepper Popcorn Chicken, Halloumi Fries, Thai Red Chicken Soup and if the weather is nice enough Rolled Ice Cream!!
And what will we do with the profits?
We’re working towards 1% for the Planet at the moment (we’ve been putting aside 1% of our turnover since the start of the year, we’re just not fully accredited yet) so a proportion of every entry fee after VAT will end up being spent on local environmental projects.
We’re also saving up to have some funds ready to organise a race again in 2023 and the remining profits will go into that fund.
