Made of Stone 2023

We’ve been running a sportive here in Stone for a few years, sometimes starting in the town with our friends from Bear, always finishing with our super best long term collaborators at Lymestone Brewery. This page is home to the route of the ride we did in September 2023. It ventures out into north Staffordshire and features some great views and taxing climbs. At the finish we strongly reccommend that you stop off at The Bore Hole by the brewery for refreshments. If you tackle the ride in the winter you’ll likely find a roaring fire to greet you!
