Red Box Web Design – our new digital partner

Web design company backs Staffordshire Cycling Festival

A web design company from Stafford is the latest business to get behind the return of pro cycle racing to the county town in July.

Red Box Web Design, who specialise in pay monthly websites, will be pumping up the tyres of RideStaffs’ web and digital presence ahead of the Staffordshire Cycling Festival on Sunday 22 July, when the cream of British cycling talent will compete in two elite pro cycle races in Stafford town centre.

The evening pro races are the highlight of a packed day of cycling action. Hundreds of amateur cyclists will be getting on their bikes for the Staffordshire Cycling Festival sportive and there will be big-screen live action from the Tour de France in Market Square, lots of food-and-drink and cycling stalls, and Strider bike races for the little ones.
As well as new digital partner Red Box, title sponsor Redrow Homes and VIP area sponsor Stafford Chamber of Commerce, Staffordshire Cycling Festival is also supported by Fuchs Silkolene, Mammoth, PedalSure, Lymestone Brewery, KOM Nutrition and Fortress Distribution.

Red Box managing director Rob Mackley said: “We’re passionate about supporting our local community, so we’re delighted to get in the saddle as RideStaffs’ digital partner. It’s a fantastic opportunity for us to contribute to the cycling events they stage across the county.

“The first project is an overhaul of the RideStaffs website. This will include a new streamlined design, an integrated events booking system and a new online store. The new website is well under way and we’re looking forward to launching it in the coming weeks.”

Paul Rowlands from RideStaffs added: “We’re delighted to have the support of Red Box. An event like the Staffordshire Cycling Festival can only happen with the support of local businesses and I’m delighted to have them on board. They’re joining a host of other businesses who are really getting behind what we deliver – quality cycling events and sportives across the county to encourage people to get on their bikes.”

The Staffordshire Cycling Festival is the highlight of a packed year of cycling action from RideStaffs. Sportives have already taken place in Sugnall and Uttoxeter, with lots more planned over the season. As well as Staffordshire Cycling Festival on 22 July, there’s also the Mammoth Monday from Milford on 28 May and a September sportive.
