Made of Stone 2026 Route Overview:

For 2026 Made of Stone has 3 route options. You can do our 100km routes (with, or without gravel sectors – your call), or a 50km route that’s more suited to beginners or those looking for a shorter day out.

The 100 km Staffordshire gravel route that blends tarmac with gravel, green lanes, bridleways, and other mixed-surface roads, with around 25% of the course on Made of Stone. Riders will face a few short, sharp climbs in the central section and a steady ascent toward the northern loop, followed by longer, swooping descents that drop through open countryside and woodland, giving a sense of momentum and reward after each effort. The 100km Tarmac route traces the same trajectory, it just avoids the dirt. Both routes share 2 feed stations. Our 50km route heads out the same way as the 100km and shares the first feed station at Ashley village hall.

The full route details, including GPX files, will be sent to you when you book your place on the ride.
